First let’s talk about what is A4 – A4 is a paper size that is 8.5″ x 14″ also called 
legal paper size. This means that an A4 multifunction copier will handle paper sizes up to 8.5″x 14″. Which would include (Statement 8.5″ x 5.5″) (Letter 8.5″ x 11″) A4 devices will allow you to have a more compact commercial multifunction copier. If your business uses mostly letter, and no larger than legal, an A4 device is what you should consider, if your business does up to 11″ x 17″ paper sizes, also known a ledger paper size, you would want to consider an A3 device.
